• Medical History: Complete our secure [Medical History Form] so Dr. Kapositas can prepare for your unique needs. Sharing photos ensures a more accurate evaluation and tailored plan.

Step 2: Tailored Logistics & Travel

We take the complexity out of medical tourism.

• Seamless Planning: Once you decide to move forward, our dedicated coordinator manages the details.
• Concierge Assistance: From airport transfers to accommodation recommendations, we handle the logistics. Simply share your flight details, and we’ll manage the rest.

Step 3: Arrival & In-Person Consultation

Arrive in Greece and start your journey with peace of mind.

• VIP Arrival: Your private chauffeur will meet you at Athens International Airport and take you to your accommodation.
• Personal Consultation: Meet Dr. Kapositas at our clinic for a thorough examination. We believe in total transparency; there is no obligation to proceed until you feel 100% confident and satisfied with your personalized plan.

Step 4: Surgical Excellence & Recovery

• Safety First: On your surgery day, your chauffeur will escort you directly to the clinic, ensuring a calm and comfortable admission.
• Recovery Your Way: Depending on your procedure, we provide a customized recovery roadmap. Whether you prefer quiet relaxation or exploring the Athenian Riviera, we advise you on the perfect way to heal, ensuring your comfort is always our priority.

Step 5: Post-Operative Support

• Always Connected: You are never alone once you return home. We maintain open, ongoing communication to monitor your progress and answer any questions you may have. Your results are our lasting commitment.

 

Email contact

Initially, you would need to complete the form in order to get an estimate of all the cost involved for your selected surgical procedure, including accommodation and traveling arrangements should you wish us to arrange it for you. Any further queries can be very easily answered via email, or telephone.

Arrival

On arrival at Athens El.Venizelos airport you will be met by your private chauffer and driven to your hotel. If an immediate appointment with Dr. Kapositas is not feasible you will have the opportunity to explore some of Athens beautiful sights or relax at your hotel.

Consultation Prior to Surgery

We will arrange an appointment with Dr. Kapositas as early as possible. Your chauffer will drive you to our medical practice and take you back to your hotel. During the consultation process Dr. Kapositas will have the opportunity to carry out a thorough examination and you will have the opportunity to ask any queries you may have. You will be under no obligation to proceed with the procedure till you are happy and fully satisfied. Fees will be paid directly to Dr. Kapositas.

Surgery

Your chauffer will drive you to the clinic on the day of surgery ensuring you are admitted and ready to undergo your procedure.

Post Operative Period

It is not compulsory to stay in Athens during your recuperation period as it depends on your treatment and type of operation. We will advise you on the most suitable activities, i.e. relaxation, a tour in Athens, or incursions to nearby islands according to your requirements. The choice is yours.

Back home

It is important to keep in touch when you arrive home and let us know about your progress as any further queries or consultations will be answered accordingly.
